php/fastcgi + phpMyAdmin => Trailing Dot Issue

I've given in - the easy solution is to just set the absolute URI
setting in phpMyAdmin as seen in the docs[1]. I'm not sure why
phpMyAdmin was adding the trailing dot, but so be it. All fixed.
