[mod_wsgi] about the patch for OS X

Hi.

I have noted in http://wiki.codemongers.com/NginxNgxWSGIModule a patch 
for fixing a compilation problem on OS X.

The first problem (-L${PYTHON_LIBDIR} instead of -L ${PYTHON_LIBDIR}) 
seems to be a bug, and I'm fixing it.

However the second problem (python lib without version number) seems 
very strange to me.

Can someone confirm the problem?
