mod_mime_magic

Hi all,
I'm facing the problem to identify and correctly set the content-type header 
for files without extension. Basically, what I need is something like 
mod_mime_magic for apache; is there any similar functionality in nginx, 
internally or external module provided?
(or any other solution that can address this problem, of course)?
