Fast CGI (spawn-fcgi / php-cgi) crashes/dies/hangs

Wow - I don't use any supervisor daemons for anything and I never seem
to have any issues. Overall I suppose it's a lot nicer having
technology monitor itself though. It would be totally cool if you
posted the configs for all of those!
