about 301 moved permanently

hello everyone:
      Sometimes in my web server,I can see this page 
"301 moved permanently 
    nginx/0.5.23 "
my server's version  is 0.6.*
then,if I refresh sevral times the 301 wrong page disappear.I want to know the reason,and what should I do for this problem,thanks!
