Pseudo streaming chunks via Nginx

Hello.

I have a question about a pseudo streaming chunks. Please help me
understand.

I store cuted videos each by 2 seconds in mp4 h.264 / aac and there is no
possibility to glue already cuted files. Is it possible to organize these
files via a pseudo streaming by using Nginx?
