[ANN] OpenResty 1.21.4.2 released

[Saint Michael]

I get a timeout error when doing this
git clone git://
github.com/yaoweibin/ngx_http_substitutions_filter_module.git
but I need this module for my openresty installation
Does any body know how to fix this?
