The recaptcha on the registration page needs to be served via HTTPS to
allow forum registration.

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://forum.nginx.org/register.php' was
loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script '
http://api.recaptcha.net/challenge?k=6LeSfwUAAAAAAN_HeFPkLBlDvM8PstRDO__CMTTx'.
This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
